Return Process
- 1.Sleep Trial Period
Sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new support system before initiating a return.
- 2.Contact Support
If you are still unsatisfied after the adjustment period, contact our customer care team via phone or email to start your return or exchange request.
- 3.Schedule Pickup
Once approved, we will coordinate a convenient time for our logistics team to remove the mattress from your home at no additional cost to you.
- 4.Refund Processing
After the mattress is successfully collected and inspected, your full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
